Another interesting day at the new Warrenup venue.
A light swirling SE breeze that swung through just about all points of the compass during most races, tested our skill at reading wind direction and sail adjustment much more than we normally get on the North rd pond. Racing in these conditions can only be of benefit, especially for those who attend competitions in Perth where these skills are nearly always required. A big thanks to Les B for his construction of the "Jetty" to provide a dry launching platform and Peter B for his SUP and setting of the marks. Todays winner was John K, back from holidays and sailing consistently with 2 wins, 5 seconds and 2 thirds. Just behind was Peter B, always hard to beat, in 2nd and Brian S handling the conditions well in 3rd.
