Another good fleet of ten boats competing in the 7th Handicap Race of the series today.
The breeze was from the SW and right on the limit in the gusts for the couple of A rigs that started the day. The wind eased as the heats progressed and there was a small break in sailing while most of the B rigs changed up to an A.
Apart from Les B #652 who had his boat flying with the B rig and made the most of his good handicap to record five wins, the results down the places were pretty close.
In 1st place was Les B #652, 2nd Peter B #818 who did really well as the back marker and in 3rd Rob F #40 consistently near the front. Next came Brian H #45 with two good wins, Phil R #32, Grant T #38, John K #29, Geoff C #24, Colin Mc #735 and Lew C #435 who had a mechanical and only sailed in 4 heats.
