We managed a fleet of 6 today and were greeted with a 5-10 kt easterly which slowly filled in to 15 kts later in the morning.
Murray managed to get his boat in the groove from the outset and sailed well to managing the breeze better than the rest of the fleet.
HK left early due to battery failure.
It was good to see the return of Peter T. with his dashing pink special. It would have been a nice escape from the Mt Barker warmth.
Richo and Hebo pulled out early due to the heavier breeze. We probably should have reduced to B rigs.
Next week is Championship racing.
